I love this pharmacy! The staff have been kind. They always fill the prescription so fast too! So glad it's close to home and I love going into the beautiful children's hospital 🏥 😌 😍
We came here to the ER bc our son had a high fever and we didn't know what was going on but he was out of sorts. We were admitted and were taken care of from the time we entered tbe ER to 2 days in the Medical Center. This hospital is clean, bright and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and everyone we encountered there was gracious and very professional. I would come here again in a heartbeat if one of my kids needed emergency care. Thank you for taking care of us Cooks Prosper! We loved the book and PrayerBear we got also. Nice touch!
I think Cook's Children is one of the better children's hospitals here in the Dallas area. We have been to Dallas/Plano Children's Hospital for numerous medical reasons but compared to Children's I have always been treated with respect, patience, and kindness here at Cook's Hospital. We also love and appreciate our neurologist Dr. Campbell. He is the kindest and compassionate doctor we have ever met. He is great with children and very thorough/detail-oriented during your appointment. From online messaging, scheduling, phone conversation and in-person check-in. Cook's Children is doing a fantastic job! 5 stars all the way! And trust in their medical expertise and care for our child.
