Mr Copeland was very helpful explaining the different options. Honest and fair pricing. We had sandy loam soil delivered to our property that we used in our landscaping with great results. We’ll be returning when we are ready to add some gravel!

I buy from yards all over dfw and this is by far the best spot for sand and gravel. Prices are the best I ever seen. The owner is a great guy, he over saw my large order and even delivered it quickly at no additional cost. Great communication and it was awesome to be able to talk to the owner and know everything was going to plan. Highly recommend them, I’ll be using their service any chance I get

Copeland has Great pricing in ordering 6 yards of sandy loam in the office then the driver had call ahead for me the next morning for delivery making sure I was home for the delivery. Top notch local company!

My step dad had a delivery and asked them to drag it as they dumped and they left the gate blocked and drive way un usable. I've had alot rock delivered and spread and that's the worst I've seen left like that they've always drug it pretty even.
