Had an 11 am appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early. Was seen at 11:45am. X-ray machine and computer kept breaking down. Had to wait to use the Panoramic x-ray machine. Seemed to have over booked the 11am appointment slot.

Dr Jennifer Delarosa treated me today for a dental procedure. It was my first time meeting her and I was very impressed! As always, from the ladies at the reception desk, to the exam room, everyone was on their A-game! Shannon is thorough and efficient, always pleasant. A crown popped off, and she gave it to Renee to clean up for re-installation. Their schedule was full for the day, so they got me in early the next day. Dr. Jenn and Renee work exceedingly well together, had me in and out in less than 30 min. good as new! Can't say enough good about Dr. Jenn and her entire staff! Oh, and had no cavities! She's all about preventive dentistry! Can't say that about all dentists!
