Very happy, got me in when no else could. No upsell and very friendly staff and doctor. Price was under $200 for exam, antibiotics, pain med and updated rabies shot for my community cat who had got in a fight last night.

They are advertised to open at 8AM. I arrived at 8:15AM for a standard walk in request of an anal gland expression for my pug. I was told there was no staff there yet besides the receptionist. Very unprofessional and frustrating. The receptionist was polite and stated they usually don’t “start up” until 9:30AM.
In response to their reply- That is not true. An anal gland expression was requested and you did not have any vet techs present. An anal gland expression is standard for grooming and again, your lack of staff is a fault.

The veterinarian Dr Mazhoud at this hospital is my hero. When one of my dogs got very sick, he did everything he could to make sure that she came out all right. He is compassionate , personable and an all around a great guy. You will not regret trusting him with any of your beloved pets.

Got my kitten cremated here was such a sad day but they took care of us. The urn and everything they put in the bag when we picked him up was beautiful. Great service from staff too.

My son Found a Kitty with a Fishing Rod attached to him by a hook in the eyelid....took it down and the Doctors at the end of the neighborhood, they were able to treat and care for the kitty. Hopefully the animal is safe with relief of the hook removal. Thank for caring for this fur baby in need of Help!

I drive 45 minutes from Conroe to Porter because of the treatment my dogs receive from the doctors and staff here. I receive follow up calls the check on my pets. Best of all the pricing for care is affordable.
