I am extremely satisfied with my first visit to Phil’s Car Care. They promptly replaced my rotors at a very reasonable price. The office staff Elizabeth and Jessica were helpful and professional. The rotor replacement exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Phil’s for all your vehicle care needs.

I purchased tires online and Phil's Car Care was the closest location to get the tires installed. The staff helped me determine that my current set of tires was separating pretty badly. Since the installation was going to take about two and a half hours, Jessica asked Elizabeth to take us to a shopping center and New Caney, for which I had never visited. We walked around the shopping centers, had a great lunch at Chili's, and Phil's Car Care Saint Elizabeth back to pick us up. That's a first for me, as no one has ever offered to take me to a shopping center just before Black Friday. I am from out of town and my car was towed to this shop. I was skeptical about my car being sent to just anywhere, but I have to tell you what I give these people more than a five store. They were very nice courteous customer service 100% took care of my vehicle and understood my situation. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone and I have to thank them for the service that they gave me and I am very grateful for everything that they’ve done to help me get my vehicle right I appreciate them very much so they deserve more than a five star
