Utilized this company for an expensive termite treatment, which included a full drill inspection around the edges of our property. After we continued to have issues, we called out a second opinion. Turns out they did not properly drill into the driveway area (per the treatment requirement). We were never able to reach them by phone, mail, or e-mail again.Services: Home inspection

We purchased a Formosan swarmer termite treatment from this company. At first they seemed professional and knowledgeable, and the prices were competitive. However we started to see termites again in less than a year of the treatment. At this time they no longer answered e-mails or phone calls, and we've been unable to reach them for two years. Upon reaching out to another company, we found that they did not properly complete the treatment per their treatment summary, both by failing to drill the driveway and not properly treating the initial column where the infestation was noted. Would highly recommend going somewhere else for any serious treatment.

I got a referral from a realtor I trust. Perhaps, they give realtors better service. Did not show up on time and acted like it was no big deal. The scheduler was useless, did not attempt to help, and quit answering the phone.
