I received full highlights, toner, conditioning, and haircut from Kim. This is my 4th time seeing her. The highlights are beautiful. Kim is very good at mixing and achieving the colors you are looking for. She is also very skilled with scissors. The hair lays so nicely. She is humble, kind, fair, and generous. Called to make an appointment with Kim on a Saturday. She says, "come now and I'll cut your hair". This was our first time at her shop and I was a little skeptical at first. But after both of our haircuts and seeing the time that Kim took to make certain we were happy, I am quite certain we have found our new hair artist. It's been a long time since I've been made to feel as if I was an only customer. And Kim went above and beyond any expectation.
