I went there at 8 am for care. They attended me, indicating that a prescription would be faxed to the pharmacy. After 7 hours. I am still waiting. I have called 3 times. Apparently they don't send the prescriptions to pharmacy until the end of the day. This is a bad policy. Don't go there if you need medicine.

I had been a long time patient of Gail and she knew that I traveled a lot. I was currently in Kansas for a Church convention during the month of September and ran out of my blood pressure medicine. I called to see if it could be refilled and she refused the request. Said I needed to come in for a routine checkup before she would renew it. I explained that I was in Kansas until the end of September and that I would come in when I got back and pleaded for my meds but she refused them again. She refused me blood pressure meds that I depend on to stay alive. I had to go with out my meds and try to use supplements and whatever I could find to regulate it and thank God I was able to make it through the month but I, nor the members of my family, will ever cross the doors of that clinic again. Poor service, poor care, poor attitude. Stay away from this clinic if you care about your health.

Everyone there seemed good and caring except for the PA Gail. I could overhear her talking down with a nasty tone toward her staff. With me, she was also rude stating that the specialist for whom I needed a referral wouldn't do anything for me. Turns out the specialist DID do a procedure to fix the problem. Gail expressed strong negative opinions about things she was not well informed on. I do not intend to go back to her The Nurse Practitioner was very good and the rest of the staff were good. Christian drew blood utterly painlessly. If you go there, ask for the NP and not the PA.

Got sick on vacation, first time in 23 years of coming to the Island. The staff at Tropical Health Care were friendly and able to work me in asap and get me much needed meds. I was super impressed and highly recommend. If I were a local I'd come here for my medical needs for sure.

Took a tumble and had some facial injuries that the staff here addressed promptly with compassion and care. This was my second experience there and I couldn't recommend them high enough. Awesome care and absolutely wonderful staff!

We were able to get in right away from out-of-state and Katie and Audrey were so thorough and asked lots of questions. Would recommend and go back if we have to!
