I asked for extra heavy starch and they didn’t add any starch to my jeans. It was my first time trying this location and I was very disappointed

Quality care & service

Clean place and friendly staff, but the quality of work is getting lower each time. They do great on pants but shirts it’s like they are in a rush. I have had several shirts do overs and this last time the lady in the front told me she wasn’t going to accept do overs. Light starch with creese on sleeves and this is what I get 75% of the time a wrinkled shirt, collar is flat and don’t even take time to button up to prevent from being wrinkled. I hope to one day return and hopefully this issue gets resolved.

Ruined 3 brand new polos from Dillard purchased and wore once for a business trip in Houston. All three have grease or some kind of black specs in various locations and one is ripped. I need a call !
