I had the absolute worst experience at theIBN SINA FOUNDATION CLINIC!!Federico valderrama “MD”(On 9th street in PA)I’ve gone here for a year or more and have never had any issues.The staff has always been so kind, especially the front desk ladies/nurses.Today I went , and they had a new provider.(Which I was never informed until he walked into the exam room)The new provider examined my lungs and asked me a few questions.He then took me from the exam room to his office and had me sit down so “I could really listen to him.”He was talking with his hands and touched my upper thigh and tells me that the way I’m dressed is why I’m having such breathing and coughing issues!That if I was dressed more modest I wouldn’t be sick or have asthma.He told me these 2 irrelevant stories about girl who had allergies bc she used a fan , went out with wet hair & drank ice in her beverages. The other was bc his friend went to a cold movie theater and he started coughing and had to leave.As he is telling me these ridiculous stories and still talking with his hands , he touches my arm and then grazes on my breast. It was just a few seconds but enough for me to be extremely uncomfortable.He told me my Singulair medication (that is for asthma ) is what is making me sick. Proceeded to make me read the adverse reactions of taking Singulair, from a 2016 book!I’m all for being informed and open to new ways to manage my illness.I was in such shock !!He said that my asthma (that I have had for 15 years)was due to how I was dressed! If anyone knows me they know I don’t dress hoochie! It’s 100* outside in Texas weathers and my AC doesn’t work in my car, why would I go to a doc appointment sick with sweat pants on !?I paid to be seen and was worried I wouldn’t get my medications that I desperately need , so I didn’t go off on him…or say anything.With that said, the front desk ladies /nurses are still courteous and helpful.I think the MD knew I was upset and was ready to inform others of how unprofessional he was to me!he later came back in the lobby and said he was “on my side that, I just need to change my clothing and habits and I may can get better. “Idk why this guy is seeing sick people!I have never been so offended and disrespected .I would never recommend this “MD” to anyone! Especially with woman. If u value ur health , stear clear.Pic below or my outfit , that caused me to be sick! ? ?

Honestly I was so hesitant to even go there, but I absolutely made the right choice. All the staff members are so humble and good. The nurse practitioner who saw me today was ‘April’, she is the best nurse I have ever talked about my health problems, she was not in a rush. She listened to my concerns and answered my each question very professionally.Loved my experience overall. Most definitely will go there again.
