The doctor's are very professional and very important to patients caring and very on time seeing their patients and clean office and the patients care nurses are very professional and they have an beautiful smile at all times.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the medical care my father received at this clinic. We took him in for diabetes-related lab work, and later returned to have the results explained to us.
The person who attended us — I am not sure whether he was a licensed doctor or only a nurse — showed very little professionalism and knowledge while explaining the treatment. After informing us that my father has diabetes, I clearly asked how he was supposed to take his medication, since he had previously been taking half a pill. I asked whether he now needed to take a full pill or what changes needed to be made to his treatment. The only response I received was: “I would imagine so.”
I believe that is not an appropriate or professional response for something as important as a patient’s health. We expected clear and confident medical guidance, not uncertain or improvised answers.
In addition, the customer service was terrible from the front desk staff. The receptionists were rude and unhelpful. The facility itself was dirty, poorly maintained, and falling apart.
It is important to point out that this clinic is not free — they charge for their services — and despite that, the care we received was extremely poor. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They hang up the phone when you call always have an attitude and giggling and laughing when you walk in I've personally heard them talking about other patients highly unprofessional would definitely recommend any place else

Dr. Manuel was so compassionate, patient, informative, and kind. Unfortunately, the ladies at the pharmacy AND AT the check-out window are the some of the rudest professionals I have ever laid eyes on. They act as if we are burdens to them. They lack public communication and guest relation skills. No eye contact. No smiles. Not helpful. They act as if they are sentenced to community service working there.
