Keith Brown is quite possibly one of the best human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. He did anything and everything we wanted without hesitation and with such patience. I am not easy to please and I was so worried about giving my mom the perfect send off but Keith just took my hand and said “I’m gonna take care of momma, you take care of you.” He absolutely delivered. Above and beyond expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks. They will work with you on cost and see you through the whole process. And Keith, he’s honest and up front in a caring way. We’ve worked with multiple people in multiple roles at this organization. From the top down they are honest southern hardworking people like most of us. We spent a lot of time going over every option and every package offered, were never felt rushed or pushed into any agreement until we were ready. I will tell you though, the director Keith is a no nonsense and very direct person. He will tell you things up front the way it is the bad and the worst. This can be taken negatively in a time when so many things are going on and our family was still trying to cope with a sudden loss, but I do believe his intentions were to lay out the set the facts and expectations...read full review
