Very professional & friendly staff, the dentist was very nice & explained every detail, also he adhered to everything that I wanted done & the Manager was also nice & very helpful explaining my out of pocket expense & my dental insurance for my dental work.

I was amazingly suprised at the level of customer service I recieved with Aspen Dental! I accidently threw away my partial that i had been wearing for several years and in addition to that, i also had a front tooth break. I had a trip planned in 5 days when i went in for my first appointment and I had every expectation that I would have to cancel my trip due to the short time frame. But amazingly they were able to pull my broken tooth and make a new partial and i was able to go on my trip as planned! I never dreamed that they would have the technology and thier onsite lab to accomplish what i was certain would be impossible!The entire staff and Dr.were all so sympathetic...read full review

I always have a great experience at my appointments. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. My hygienist, Alysia, always explains everything in a clear and relatable way to make sure I understand my treatment and the risks of not following recommendations. She is very friendly and makes me feel confident about the outcome of treatments.
