Highland AC - Coastal Bend

Brian and Johnny with Highland ac are fantastic. They did a super custom system at our office in Rockport and were priced extremely competitive. We have a lot of traffic in our office and the temperature fluctuates as a result, at least we thought. Johnny surprised us one day and said he noticed our thermostat fluctuating via their remote monitoring system. Upon further inspection he found the system had been set wrong and some vents were not set correctly (this was 100% my fault because I like to push buttons and mess with valves LOL!) he set everything correctly and our system is performing EVEN BETTER NOW. Mind you we had no idea we were losing performance from our mishandling of the system. We only found out because Highland AC remotely monitors their systems. As a business owner I find extreme value in their process and their post installation support. At this point I don’t know why anyone would choose another AC company. 5/5 stars for Brian and his rockstar team of guys.

As we all know replacing an AC unit is pricing. What I’ve learn is that Highland is very reasonably competitive with their pricing with outstanding customer service. I worked with Ashley on replacing my STR unit and truly never felt so comfortable in situation of this magnitude.
