Phil was very detailed and helpful during our home inspection. He pointed out all the little details that we would not have noticed without him and was able to provide an idea of what it would cost to fix items around the house.

I’ve never had a more thorough home inspection that made me so very confident going into my new home purchase quite like the inspection completed for me by Phil Farmer. He not only identified all potential concerns but also provided great recommendations and solutions to remedy them as well. He also entertained my plethora of questions and took the time to answer all of them in layman’s terms so that I could easily understand everything within my personalized report. Phil was great and gave us a very thorough report! He was happy to walk any space we had questions about and gave us his honest opinion. We would definitely recommend Farmer Home Inspections to anyone!
