Rick's Air Conditioning llc receives high marks for excellent communication from the initial call, before arriving with ETA, and to the completed service task. The company came out same day and got customers cooled off, with very friendly and respectful service. The gentleman took care of exactly what was needed in a timely manner, letting customers know exactly what they needed to repair and how they would repair the problem. The remedy was successful with a very reasonable charge. Rick's is genuine and fair, taking great care of issues even over a holiday weekend, earning loyal customers.
Great communication starting with the initial call, before arriving with ETA and to the completed service task. Definitely will recommend the service technician Oscar and his coworker - excellent communication and professionalism.
