Dr. Thomas Vielma was friendly, listened to my questions and concerns and performed the most comfortable and professional exam I have ever had. Initially, I gave three stars because my contacts are on backorder, but that's not their fault. They have been in contact with me, updating me on the situation and providing me with free trial pairs while we wait. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and it just feels nice to be welcomed in.
