The office is always very clean and organized, and the staff is extremely sweet and helpful with anything you need. There’s never a long wait, no matter how full the lobby may look. Dr. Prough is phenomenal with children and incredibly patient, and the staff is just as wonderful when working with kids. Prescription fulfillment was handled efficiently as well. I highly recommend this optometrist office for everyone!

I called late in the day and was throughly impressed with the sweet lady I spoke with on the phone. My husband had a piece of metal in his eye so it was more of an emergency situation. Even being late in the day they took great care of him, giving him knowledge of what to do/not do and getting him asap to remove it. So very thankful our paths crossed and we had such a great experience with this eye doc!

Excellent doctor who is personable, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to concerns. The staff was very quick and friendly as well. Selection of frames was great. Very pleased with the service.
