I was hesitant to go here but I was pleasantly surprised. These people are great and do first rate work. I had alot of work done on my mouth and any time I needed something they went above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. Great place and people.

Oh my the worst! Had a simple extraction done and have nothing but problems and HORRIBLE PAIN!!! I would go through both of my c- sections again to avoid this pain! The.dentis has poor bedside manners and little empathy towards her patients. I was needing a root canal or extraction and was referred to the most expensive specialist in.san Antonia. She then left me no choice but the extraction which took 45 min to remove. And 6 day later I'm still in extreme pain and facial swelling. Never.going bac!!!

Called here to start service for 3 persons. Have an HMO that directed me to this establishment because I live more than 35 miles from any HMO dentist and they will authorize me to go to any office that accepts their PPO. Was told immediately they don't take HMO I tried to convey that the company will authorize but the gal refused to listen and stuck me on hold then someone else came on before I could even say anything and said we don't take your HMO I said you people won't even let me speak and tell you that Delta Dental gave me your number to call and you aren't listening to what I am trying to say and she called me rude and refused to let me get one complete sentence out and hung up on me telling me they didn't have to take my attitude! C'est la vie. I made an appointment for Agave Dental who was happy to get new business and Delta Dental authorized them to take us as we again, are too far from any HMO dentist. AND they are only 12 miles from me instead of 37 like this one. You think you know everything and don't even listen to what your potential long term customer is telling you and outright dismiss them as idiots when you are the fool - thought dentists wanted customers. You need to just listen to what your customer's needs are and what they are stating - you don't know it all and you lost $$.

First, I'd like to thank all the staff of Atascosa Dental Center for their great positive attitudes and relaxed atmosphere. I recently had a tooth that had broken off and the roots were still in, it started becoming very painful, I called up Atascosa Dental Center and they did everything possible to rush me in and make sure I was taken care of. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'll never go anywhere else for dental work.
