I've been going to Dr. Wendy Ho for about 20 years. She's amazing for me and now for my whole family. I have several things wrong with my eyes so getting glasses (trifocals) that work is a bit tricky. She's been kind of diligent and patient for all these years. I
I have had a great experience as a patient here! Appointments are quick, scheduling has a lot of options to offer, and the Dr. and staff are great! Anytime I call with questions the receptionist is always so helpful and kind.
We have been going to Dr. Ho every year for our eye exam and when I tried to fix an appointment for my daughter, the front office person took all my details and said she could not verify our insurance plan. I was surprised and had to cancel the appointment, check with my insurance, made sure everything was ok, and again called to reschedule. But the front office woman called back with the same response and kept saying it would cost me $85!!Finally, after further questioning, she is telling me that they changed membership or something and they were no longer In Network with my insurance!!Why didn't they tell me this in the first place?
