I moved and have been trying to get my retinal images from them for 4 months now. My new optometrist saw an irregularity on my most recent photo and wanted to see my historical ones. Every time I call they tell me they are working on it and then I never hear back from them and have yet to receive the photos. The whole point of doing those photos is to have year over year records. Dangerous and unethical. Take your business elsewhere.UPDATE: these photos were finally provided to me in June. After I posted this review, someone called me right away. It seems like staff turnover and changes in ownership contributed to this but I’m leaving this review as a general caution....read full review

Machea and Tracy are Carlos are all rockstars.. make sure the customer is treated like king.. make each and everyone feel the best.. it’s been 5 years getting serviced from their store and no complaints but only compliments..Don’t miss Machea’s nicest hi there as soon as you enter through the door??

Kristina gave me a thorough and efficient eye exam. As someone who only recently had the need for glasses, she was able to answer my many questions about the process, and was extremely patient. I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be coming back when I need to be back.
