About Vivo Infusion Plano

Vivo Infusion Plano is a Joint Commission accredited infusion center. Everyone is very nice and professional. The infusion team are knowledgeable and answer any questions. The facility is very nice and comfortable, making patients feel at ease. The staff, including nurses, are super, friendly, caring, and efficient. It is smaller than Paragon but very good. The facility is easy to find and use, with plenty of snacks and drinks. Patients were nervous for their first infusion yet all that melted away once arriving. Staff were super accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. Even placing the IV was such a piece of cake. It is great to be able to use them for injections.

I used to have my infusion at Paragon. However, Paragon stopped doing certain infusions.

Finding Vivo was a great news. It is smaller than paragon but is very good. The staff, including nurses, are super to me. It is close to me and, except the first infusion this year, it is very timely. I am satisfied!
