We live in Allen and we're hit with a hail storm. Unfortunately my truck, my wife's car and our daughter's car were all hit with hail. We took all three of our vehicles here and the customer service and workmanship are top notch. It was a smooth and easy process and all the vehicles were completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend using these guys. They are some of the best around.
I got two repairs done at VIP Hail Service:1: Following the terrible hail that happened mid-May, I was looking for a place to get the dings and dents repaired that worked with my insurance. The manager Mark is amazing, always replying immediately and taking extremely good care of me and my car during the entire process. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up.2: My mom's car needed a paint touchup on a car door, which Mark + team was able to handle extremely easily. The turnaround time was so quick as well. Again, looked brand new out of the factory even though the glossy color was hard to replicate! All in all, the repairs were so seamless and easy, without breaking the bank. It was all thanks to Mark and his team, so definitely ask for him if you come to fix all things cars!
The team at VIP Hail Service have been incredible. We had 3 vehicles hit by hail damage and Mark did an amazing job of working with us and our insurance company. They over-delivered across the board: great communication throughout the process, respectful of our time and availability, and our vehicles look brand new!
