I got two repairs done at VIP Hail Service:1: Following the terrible hail that happened mid-May, I was looking for a place to get the dings and dents repaired that worked with my insurance. The manager Mark is amazing, always replying immediately and taking extremely good care of me and my car during the entire process. My car looked brand new when I went to pick it up.2: My mom's car needed a paint touchup on a car door, which Mark + team was able to handle extremely easily. The turnaround time was so quick as well. I cannot say enough about the knowledge and expertise Mark has about his business. He made the process so easy and was very precise about the work that needed to be done. Updates were given periodically and the work that was done was superior. I highly recommend Mark and VIP Hail Service. Thanks again Mark

The team at VIP Hail Service have been incredible. We had 3 vehicles hit by hail damage and Mark did an amazing job of working with us and our insurance company. They over-delivered across the board: great communication throughout the process, respectful of our time and availability, and our vehicles look brand new!
