I love my doctor there, but it is SO HARD to get anyone to call/text back, they have been transitioning to a new app for 4.5 months and it’s still not working right, it’s just a mess. It’s sad bc the doctors are great, but the communication is awful. Even my pharmacy complains about them.
Response time to contacting my customer mail order pharmacy is not good at all. Waiting currently on prescription refill for cholesterol med days. Pharmacy saying no “response from your doctor’s office”.Also in December I was trying to schedule a bone density. My insurance required approval from my doctor first. I followed the path of having the VHP callback. Didn’t receive a callback for days. When I finally did, person on other end left me a voice message apologizing saying that “office was swamped with calls and they would take care of it”. Village health partners at Independence village are wonderful! They take time to listen, they are helpful and are patient with handling complicated issues. I am so thankful for their office and staff. Highly recommend!
