Great, high quality spa. They have changing rooms for men as well as women. The massage therapists are great. Very professional.

The relaxation room was good, but could be made better with recliners or with a water feature.

Jay is beyond talented at massages because he has a unique intuition, knowledge, and understanding. He knows exactly what needs worked on and how so I always leave feeling like I can move better and think better but I also wake up better the next day!
