Dr Fan is an extremely professional and pleasant OD to be examined by. I haven't got my eyes checked in a few years and she was able to comfort all of my anxieties with ease. Her staff that helped with both examination and the selection of glasses are also equally incredible in every respect. Thank you again for an extremely positive experience and I'll see you guys next year!
The lens is huge! They used plastic vs communicating with mw that I need High-index lenses for thinner looking lens! Refused to remake them unless i pay extra despite this being their fault. Unprofessional!!
Update: My eye Dr reached out to me and offered to remake them smaller using high index lenses free of charge. I appreciate them reaching out and wanting to make this right. Great customer support!
