Responsive and honest.
We were referred to Texas Star Roofing by our son and have had them out several times to inspect our roof after major hail storms and to repair poorly installed vent pipes and exhaust fan outlets. We recently found a water spot on our kitchen ceiling on Sunday night and called Texas Star Roofing first thing Monday morning. Jay fit us into his schedule and came out to view the problem on Tuesday morning and had his team out the same day to inspect our roof, identify the problem and propose a solution.
