I didn't have a great experience with Dr. Gonnalagadda. Although she is very knowledgeable, I felt like she rushed through the appointment before I could even tell her all of my symptoms. Her demeanor made me feel like I was annoying and an inconvenience. Perhaps I'm just sensitive, but I've never really felt that way from a doctor.
Just a heads up for anyone having labs done - the lab they used to run autoimmune panels (Exagen) is out of network for me (Aetna), and I wasn't made aware. I miss zoya. New front desk girl zero personality and can’t tell me how long of a wait in freezing office. I also have asked numerous times for records and still trying to get them!

Dr. Gonnalagadda is excellent. I’ve never felt rushed and she always treated me kindly while I was going through a very uncertain time with my health and wasn’t at my best physically or emotionally. I’m doing better now under her care and I trust her. The front desk can be very hard to reach, but actual care is top notch. Highly recommend Dr. G.
