Maddie immediately put me at ease with her professional, polite, and attentive demeanor. She demonstrated extensive knowledge and provided outstanding care throughout the session.
During the night, I experienced a minor recurring health issue. Maddie handled the situation with the utmost professionalism, immediately notifying management and resolving the issue efficiently.

My experience at the Bedford location of Sleep Center was positive. The facility was clean, comfortable, and quiet.The technician made me feel at ease, and she was very comforting and kind while maintaining her professionalism. All the procedures were explained at my arrival time. I was apprehensive, but Mercy helped me get past that feeling.

I was able to get a sleep study quickly. The facility was clean and comfortable and the staff was excellent. I really liked the memory foam mattresses. I was very comfortable throughout my sleep study.
