Just got called by a staff member that I can have my appointment done over the phone. Waited on hold for an hour and was told by another member of staff that I actually do have to go in person.

So unprofessional. So unpleasant. Beg your doctor to refer you to a different sleep study center.

I don't know what these reviews are talking about. Could just be racism, who cares. I had no issues with anyone here. Everything was really quick. From the front desk, to the doctor, to my sleep study. Took a total of 20 mins, maybe less. They even made it cheaper for me.

Outside of their control, is the whole buildings elevator. That thing is a little sketch lol.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told that my insurance was in network with them. I requested an appointment for the Plano office. A few days later, I received a text message with a link to confirm my appointment. When I clicked on the link, it said that my appointment was at the Mesquite office. I tried multiple, multiple, multiple times to get through to the office to confirm whether or not I was scheduled for Plano or Mesquite. I was never able to get anyone to pick up the phone.
