Had a great experience at Switalski Eye Care – West Plano! Dr. Ho was quick, efficient, and thorough, and the entire appointment was probably the fastest eye appointment I’ve ever had (in the best way possible). They also had really cool technology for the eye tests, which made everything feel smooth and modern. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming too.
One thing I liked is that this location is focused on the eye exam/doctor side of things, and then once Dr. Ho writes your prescription, you can go right next door to Visionworks to shop for glasses. Super convenient overall. Highly recommend!
This is an excellent eye care center. All of the professionals are very knowledgeable and the service is of the highest quality. Plus, everyone is friendly and caring. I’ll definitely go back yearly to ensure my eye health is watched.
