I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going for almost 1 year, and though I unfortunately need to step away for personal reasons, I will definitely be back when able. In that time I've broken tons of bad habits from years of trying to lift weights on my own, identified what feels right vs. wrong, and have added hundreds of pounds to some of my lifts simply from being shown the proper technique.

I’ve been training here for 3 months with coach Morgan, and feeling significant improvements in strength and form! The gym is clean and equipped with high quality barbells and plates, and everyone is so friendly!
They’ve carved out a dedicated free-weight section and turned it into a mini training gym—great concept, and it works. It’s built for people who want to get better and stronger, not just show up.
The environment is friendly and supportive, led by Coach Morgan, who strikes the perfect balance between serious and fun. It’s also a great mix of people.
