I had such a wonderful facial with Emily! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The facial itself was amazing, but what really made it stand out were the thoughtful extras—the hand and neck massage were such a relaxing addition and made the experience feel extra luxurious. The scents throughout the treatment were incredible and added to the calming atmosphere. Emily was professional, attentive, and made sure I felt completely pampered. Happy Spavia member since 2018! I usually get a massage but also get a facial a few times a year. Pfauve is my regular massage therapist, Whitney and John are amazing great massage therapists also I have seen them multiple times. The spa was recently renovated, new and clean feel and the front desk staff is friendly.
Honest employees SAVED me, today. I left my three rings, in a tray near the sinks, while I washed my hands in the dressing room. Half way home I remembered where I had left them! Upon calling to check, they had my rings!!! Went back to grab them & was SO Appreciative!
