I wanted to take a moment to share a truly memorable experience I had today at the Sephora at Legacy West Village.
I stopped by in search of shampoos and spent about 20–25 minutes in-store. While I ultimately didn’t make a purchase—simply due to a limited selection—what stood out far more than the products was the exceptional service I received from one of your associates, Linda.

I'm a huge Sephora fan first of all, and the beauty advisors here are all super sweet and knowledgable so it makes it even better!! Every store is laid out differently with the brands of course but I come here specifically for my Lilly lashes and not a fail anytime because I always end up buying more than I need hahah <3 I love shopping here so much!!
Stopped by Sephora today because I needed more foundation. I must say all the staff were so friendly and smiling. Did I mention Maddie was the absolute best? She helped me with so much; I will definitely be back.
