Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to troubleshoot several issues in my home, including a broken shower head, a garbage disposal that needed a replacement part, and an LG washing machine door that wasn’t closing properly. He even helped me identify and order the correct part for the washing machine and is returning to install it.
It’s refreshing to find a company these days that is responsive, honest, and genuinely helpful. Victor’s attention to detail and willingness to go that extra mile just made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Rent A Man DFW and will definitely use them again for future home repairs.
