Fantastic gym with plenty of space to train and a verity of martial arts to choose from. Every one I met was friendly and helpful from the lady at the desk who helped me with my waiver and offered a tour too the professor that was teaching that day. Was a clean facility both on the mats and in the bathrooms. Also the bathrooms were spacious enough to change out comfortably. Honestly the best part in my opinion was the water fountains. Something that any one that's every trained Jiu-Jitsu and forgot there water or didn't bring enough can appreciate. I highly recommend checking it out and look forward to my next visit.
Facility was incredibly clean and front desk staff was very helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone getting into martial arts!
Progresso is great! The instructors are super knowledgeable and helpful. They make sure to include people who are new to the gym and to make sure that everyone rolls safely. The place is super clean and kept up well. Loved it! Everyone seems to have a family like attitude and cares for each other
