Mario came out within 20 minutes of my call after receiving a 4x larger than normal water bill. He helped us locate our hidden sprinkler box and determined that our leak was in the sprinkler system, not in the house. Our water meter notified us of a possible leak. Called Plano Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. They identified the leak within a few minutes and quickly fixed it. Very friendly and professional.
Plano Plumbing had cleared a frozen pipe last winter. We did not hesitate to call Plano Plumbing this August when we experienced an internal 2nd floor wall blockage, and also needed 2 faucets replaced. Mario was dispatched and arrived right on time. He and his assistant respected our home, and went right to work having tools and supplies at hand. They finished all tasks in less than two hours and left the work areas in spotless condition.
