Appointment was held on time and completed in a timely efficient manner. Staff was polite and attentive answering questions and provided pertinent information to address my needs. I would recommend Plano Eye Associates to anyone needing eye care.

They did a great job with my exam and assisting to make sure my progressive lenses are customized perfect for me. They are so nice, and so helpful, I thought "no one can be this nice," but they are.

This was my third time as a patient to Plano Eye Associates. The pre-appointment information gathering process was very easily completed online and the follow-up appointment reminder text/emails were succinctly timed. Once I arrived and checked in the wait time before a technician came to take me back for the beginning of the examination process, that did not take long at all and the tech was well versed in what they were doing and had great patient interaction skills. Once I was in the exam room it did not take Dr. Lang long at all to be there to begin the exam. All of my concerns were discussed, examined and explained in easily understandable language.
