We have gone here for years but I won't go back. They used to be good. Maybe they have a new owner? Ever since COVI,D you now need to pre-pay for cleaning, and on my last visit she brought my shirts out and pointed to a shirt that was not in the bag. The back of my husband's shirt had a 3" x 3" L-shaped rip and she said " we don't do anything to shirt. Like this before we cleaned". Absolute BS. I gave them 3 stars because we have had good experiences in the past, but post COVID I would not recommend at all.

Have been using this dry cleaners for years and they are phenomenal. The owners care deeply about providing exceptional service and knowing their clients; it reminds me of the TV show "Cheers" where everybody knows your name. I have never had one issue with any dry cleaning in the five years that I have come here. Absolutely recommend!

I have used several cleaners and this place is very good. Everyone is friendly and professional. The owner will go above and beyond to make you happy if an issue happens. If he wasn’t an OSU fan I would give them 6 stars.
