I visited this location after my doctor requested an evaluation to see of I needed physical therapy. During my eval I was very clear that I had no pain and I wasn't all that concerned with my muscle strain. The therapist did the eval then started having me do exercises which I assumed were part of the eval. After an hour of this I paid and went home. I later received an additional bill in the mail charging me for the exercise time which was not required for that visit nor did the therapist ask me if I was interested in the exercises and he made it seem like it was part of the eval. I have contacted their billing and a dispute has been started and after following up, they haven't even responded to the dispute but keep sending me bills. Would not go back.

Beware they will act like they're gonna accept your insurance and then scam you later on and you have to appeal to your insurance company and they're going to deny it so you're stuck with a bill

I have had a couple sessions, and they have both been great. Everyone is knowledgeable and easy to talk to/communicate with during the sessions. This location is very convenient to my home which makes everything easier!

Bit of patient of Dr. McKenzie for 2 1/2 years. Never have any problems with the front office until today. Unfortunately The most unprofessional, unethical medical office I've ever experienced. Was made to wait over an hour in the waiting area and when asked to speak to a manager was told to shut up and then had the authorities called. Now they barred me from the entire office because I questioned the front office manager about their appointment practices. That's my two cents. God bless.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the OrthoTexas Plano PT team! I had my first major injury in my life as a 38 year old and tore my ACL and meniscus in January 2023. My OrthoTexas Frisco surgeon (shout out to Dr. K!) had me start PT about a month before my knee surgery and immediately following my surgery. No part of me is low maintenance, so the PT team really had a lot to handle, ha. For every, single appointment, they were always on time, always gave me undivided attention, and were super thorough in explaining how and what I should be doing at home to help in my knee recovery journey. I followed their instructions 98% of the time and less than 6 months post-knee surgery, I am back to doing all of the things I was pre-injury (except skiing - but that is 100% a choice on my part, 0/5 stars for skiing).The OrthoTexas Plano PT team is the best of the best! Not only do they absolutely know what they are doing, they also are hilarious and provided a really bright spot for me during some really mentally tough times during my recovery. I am glad to have my knee back but I am sad to not need this team anymore! PSA to everyone: do your PT! And do it at OrthoTexas Plano!

Dr. Schwartz provided exceptional care, successfully performing two surgeries on me: one for my biceps and the other for my ACL and meniscus tears. Both procedures were highly successful, and his team deserves a five-star rating for their support and expertise.
