Dropped in to Omega on a business trip. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in town. Our HQ is in Plano. Both staff and members were so kind and the programming was fantastic. Awesome spot for those looking at a gym or just to drop in. Thanks Omega team

Amazing gym!!!!! If you want to get motivated, get in shape without getting hurt, become an athlete not just a gym goer, this is the place to go. Al and the other coaches are teaching you proper form and technique so you are not always depended on a gym- they are handing you the tools and the confidence to fly solo in your training journey if that is what you want. I highly recommend this gym !!!
