dog had an ear infection and his normal office had no avaliablity and with them i always felt like we were just a transaction no interaction with ohio just the phone call ,made me feel welcome and after walking through the doors and been greeted like a person i knew this is our new home oh and my dolo loves them too !

My second visit to Ohio Drive Animal Hospital was a turn around from the first visit that was in October of 2024. I left a 5 star review for this vet practice back then when my dog Piper had to complete a 10-day quarantine. Their receptionist Cameron (I believer her name is) was great at communicating and I received positive feedback from Piper’s experience. However, this passed visit where I brought both of my dogs Piper and Jasmine for an overnight stay and updated vaccinations I was left distraught when I picked them up. It’s confirmed that their last feeding was at this practice upon pick-up. I discovered CHUNKS of shredded wood in Piper’s stool. Her body was rejecting it instantly as she went 3x times in a row. Jasmine’s was healthy. When I asked who serviced her the veterinarian Jessica and receptionist Brandy wouldn’t relay names. That will be the LAST visit moving forward with the trust of my dog’s health and overall well-being. For toppers, I was not contacted when Jasmine was given anxiety medication when I clearly checked off in the documentations to call me if anything is to be given to my dogs. I’m still a bit curious as to why they cut her collar off. As this has never been necessary for any vet visit anywhere. It’s incredibly disappointing that I have to even question the safety of where my dogs can be attended to.

We've taken our dog to Dr Benjamin for many years now. He and his staff clearly love what they do and treat our fur babies the way they would treat their own; like family. I love that they have an in-house groomer and that when I drop her off, she's well taken care of! ❤️

Dr Benjamin and the staff here are wonderful! Not only do I trust them and their care but their love for my animals shows! They are always personable and from the minute you walk in till you leave they are spoiling and loving on my dogs! I love this place!

I can’t say enough good things about Ohio Drive Animal Hospital! Recently, I had to make the incredibly difficult decision to help my beloved dog transition to the next life. The entire team was 100% professional, empathetic, and kind throughout the process. They allowed us all the time we needed, never rushed us, and made sure both my dog and I were as comfortable as possible.

Their compassion was evident in every detail, from remembering us from our previous visits to gracefully handling the challenges my chow chow could sometimes bring. They were completely nonjudgmental and went above and beyond to provide support during such a painful time.

The handwritten card they sent afterward truly touched my heart—it showed how much they genuinely care for their clients and their furry family members. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Benjamin and his clinic for the love and care they provided during such a difficult moment.
