O.D. Wellness of Plano

The two masseurs were having a conversation that was well above a whisper the entire time my wife and I were getting a couples massage. I’ve frequented other reflexology and massage establishments and I’ve never experienced this before as I imagine it’s considered unprofessional to disrupt the customer’s sense of tranquility - I know it did mine and my wife’s.

Horrible-I left 15 min into my massage bc it sucked so bad and he still made me pay him $30.00!

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. O.D. Wellness of Plano is full of absolute masters at what they do. I left feeling like a completely different person — relaxed, restored, and physically better. The attention to detail and skill level here is incredible, and somehow an hour massage is only around $60, which honestly feels wildly underpriced for the quality you get. Plano is lucky to have this place.

We did the 50 min massage and 10 min head massage, and let me just say I haven’t felt so more relaxed in my life! They did a great job, highly recommend!

I went to get a massage with my husband and lets start with we are SORE ! They dont greet you or anything they take you to a room and dont tell you anything, when we were done with the massages we gave him a tip besides the 120$ and he gave us the money back and asked for 40$ tip. They dont massage you very well either:/

I just did the 60 min Head/Back/Foot massage. It was great! My person rolled out all of my muscles and did so deeply. It helped me realize how much tension I had in my muscles. There was hot stones, oil massage, deep muscles massage, neck, head and face massage. He did some feet massage as well. Very polite and quiet in there.

Amazing!! Came for back and head massage and honestly got full body. Staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable. If you have time to stop by you definitely should it’s very affordable :)

I asked whether a coupon could be used. I told the staff that if it was not possible, I would simply come back another time.

The staff member said they would check right away and called the manager. However, for some reason, I was then asked to call the manager myself and explain the situation directly.

Whether a coupon can be used should be confirmed and decided by the store, not by the customer. I found it strange that I was expected to explain the situation and get approval myself.

If the coupon could not be used, that would have been completely fine. However, the fact that the staff could not make a decision internally and that I had to act as the go-between from start to finish was tiring.

I came in for a massage to relax, but this conversation ended up being more exhausting, so I decided to leave.

I hope the store can improve staff training and internal operations.

Walked in and had a massage from Peter. It was excellent. Highly recommend and will be back soon.

The location is easy to get to and the lobby is immaculately clean. They have a nice relaxing atmosphere and I love that we're able to do a couple massage in the same room.
