I have been coming here for several years for treatment of chronic migraine. My migraine days & intensity have reduced significantly since finding better medication. I find the doctors, medical, & front office to be very easy to work with.
I could not be more impressed with every single person I have interacted with at NTINH: from speaking with Jada the day I made the appointment up to today (my initial visit) & meeting Dr. Le & truly everyone in between (I apologize that I cannot remember everyone’s names). My husband & I were immediately greeted & helped by warm & welcoming front desk folks upon walking inside the lobby. We arrived 30 minutes early (I’m a nerd) & after my urine screening, I waited maybe 3 minutes before being called back (my husband was allowed to come with me). Dr. Okai and her staff are pure excellence to say the least. They provide awesome bedside manor and customer service all at the same time. I can ask any of them anything about my new treatment or any question I have in general. If they can't provide an answer they get someone who can. I always feel welcomed and right at home. Dr. Okai is brutally honest with me on every accord, doesn't hold back, and I am grateful to have a Dr. like her. I give her 1k stars, likes, and 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend ❤️
