Dr. Okai and her staff are pure excellence to say the least. They provide awesome bedside manor and customer service all at the same time. I can ask any of them anything about my new treatment or any question I have in general. If they can't provide an answer they get someone who can. I always feel welcomed and right at home. Dr. Okai is brutally honest with me on every accord, doesn't hold back, and I am grateful to have a Dr. like her. I give her 1k stars, likes, and 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend ❤️
I initially sought care at NTINH for migraines and had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Nissen. He treated me as a person and from a very holistic perspective. My migraines became so well-controlled that I only needed to see him once a year. When he left the practice I was assigned to a PA who was suddenly trying to increase how often I was seen in the office and also add unnecessary medications. She has since left the practice and, after a recent increase in migraines, I began seeing Dr. El-Hag. She is very professional and thorough with an approach much like that of Dr. Nissen. I've been seeing Dr Okai for about 5yrs now for my MS. She has helped me a great deal with understanding the importance of building my network of doctors. She is passionate about treating her clients with top notch care. And she cares about the whole client, not just the MS part of the client. MS is just as much mental as it is physical and once I realized that, I started to deal with my reality much better. The medication that I take has kept my lesions from growing and no new lesions have formed thus far. I would've stayed in a miserable state if I had not found Dr Okai. I just think she is the best.
