Last night I left a negative review for Epic Nails, but tonight I'm retracting it for a positive one. I left this place very unhappy yesterday. The end result on my full set of gel nails were not good at all. My pedi was fine, but I hated my hand nails. I felt robbed after I was charged full price after expressing my disappointment. My daughter, who is a regular here, suggested that I call today and speak to Laura the owner and give her an opportunity to try and make this right. I am so glad that I took her advice because Laura not only made it right, she went above and beyond to ensure that I left her nail bar one happy customer. The nail technicians were friendly, attentive, and did a great job on our basic pedicures. However, the air inside is thick with chemicals and made me feel as though I had something in my throat and left me coughing the entire time. I can even smell a chemically residue on my clothes right now after leaving the salon. Maybe I’m extra sensitive right now and noticed it more because I’m pregnant, but I would not come back due to this. The owner definitely needs to have an HVAC company come out and work on their ventilation system.

went in 4 days ago, was talked into a gel pedicure. She stated “it’ll last much longer and dries immediately.” Ok fine. Now, I’ve got two chipped nails, and one peeling off. Not worth the money spent.Service: Pedicure
