My husband and I came in this morning for our routine eye exams, and from the moment we walked in, the entire staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process while making sure everything was clean and comfortable.
Dr. Ansa Khan was exceptional! She has such a warm, personable approach that immediately puts you at ease. She made us feel comfortable asking questions and discussing any concerns without ever feeling rushed. I learned that she is a recent graduate, and I have to say, she is already doing incredible work! Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her patients truly shine through.
Walking in today I was welcomed with big smiles. From checking in to exam to buying new glasses this place and the people were so friendly and kind . Thank you to Dr Khan was great and answered my concerning questions. Adam who worked at the front desk was amazing and made check in painless. Omg! Best place I’ve ever been to, I precisely got my glasses and lenses at a different facility and it was a nightmare from the start.
Two month later after being blind I show up to this MyEyeDr facility and not only did the manager himself help me and their tech take care of me. The adjusted my glasses swapped out my old lenses added nose pads. And after two months of being blind they fixed it in one day.
I will only be able to come to this facility from now on.
