I am glad to found this place with such a skillful and artistic Yoga performance. Thank you to Letty. She is enthusiastic, approachable and professional. I love her teaching style. She is always flexible to cater yoga at different levels. After performing it, I feel more relaxed. It opened up my body, I was able to find my peace. I have joined this class in January 2023, and I can see the changes in myself. Different exercises every day which means with regular attendance you can train every muscle in your body. The yoga classes are both relaxing and challenging. It is for all fitness levels, and I can go at my own pace and still get a great work out. The instructors Letty, Becca, Pria, Trey and Julie all are so dedicated and encouraging. I will recommend anyone to try their yoga sessions.
