Ron is the owner and is onsite every day and is incredibly helpful and friendly. Cable attachments are organized and easy to find. Cages are fully equipped with plates, bars and clamps. Super free weight section with old school weights! Excellent outdoor area for lifting/lunges/sprints! Private posing room with all angles of mirrors and lighting. Amazing place to workout, well maintained equipment, amazing atmosphere, great and helpful staff, a vast majority of people there are there to work hard. Overall amazing gym 6/5 stars.

If Google had the option I’d give Metroflex even more stars. Been a member since 2017 and I’ve seen this gym undergo massive transformation into what it is now. Management is incredible and has created the ideal training environment with upgraded equipment and a vision to continually improve. It’s an addictive environment, and the members provide encouragement I haven’t seen outside of a team environment. If you’re looking to check it out, go ahead. You won’t regret it!
