I can’t even tell you how much I benefited from May’s sessions. She helped me with so many issues. The last one was helping me with my knee pain. What I love about her is the fact that she listens and understands the issue and tries to get to the root of it. I 100% recommend her and I’m just saying, before giving up on an issue, try her and see you’ll get results.

Mei gave me nerve damage!! -0000000000 STARS! confirmed by many neurologists!
I asked for my. medical records and she sent them to me via email. Mei lied on the entire record. She stated on the medical report that I had eye surgery in 2023 which I did not. ! She lied about the leg that she damaged, she lied about everything!!! It was on paper so she was able to lie! Do not trust her!
She stated that she told me about a bell in the room to ring if there was a problem, and she never told me about any bell. I believe there is also insurance fraud going on in this office!
The IRS needs to go into the office and audit her. She charges for electrodes and documented I had back pain which I didn't when she found out insurance didn't pay for electrodes for certain matters. I never consented to electrodes. She gets more money for them!
She came over to me when I was leaving and said "oh no" I need to put needles in your back as you have insurance! She put NO needles in my back.
Mei completely fabricated my medical record, and since it is all on paper, there is nothing anyone can do. It's a shady business and she gave me nerve damage by twisting needles and jamming them into me. She lied on the complete report she sent me. This is frightening, and I'd be very wary going to someone who is not in the national database of accredited acupuncturists and twists and turns needles in spite of patients' screaming! NOT IN THE ACCREDITED ACUPUNCTURE DATABASE!
She has her friends write favorable reviews to cover up this mess she made with me. She has good reviews, but if you are the one she damages and now have injuries, you will sorely regret it. The entire business is fishy with her husband running it and then lying on medical documents. She is only in it for the money. BEWARE!! DO NOT GO TO HER IF YOU DON'T WANT INJURIES! She lies on medical records! SICKENING! Ask for your record the second you leave so she can't alter it. ILLEGAL to lie and EVIL! KARMA

Miss Mei Sun is my go to acupuncturist. So far I have used her professional services for several years to treat a variety of issues including shoulder pain, menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms, neck pain, tendonitis, etc. She is very knowledgeable, knows exactly what she is doing and her treatments are highly effective. She is also very caring to her patients. She is a good listener and takes care of my needs and requests. She is someone that I trust and I would definitely love to continue to do business with her.

She gave me nerve damage ! She jammed the needle into my perineal nerve. She was far too aggressive and has injured me. Over 9 months of pain. EMGs confirm she damaged my nerve. I've soevt THOUSANDS of dollars trying to get healed. Still no success. She's not in the accredited database of acupuncturists. She gave me all of these problems after 1 treatment. She put electrodes in me without my consent. Do not be the next one she injures!!! 000000 -000000 Stars. She also lied on my medical records !

Highly recommend this place! Dr. Mei carefully listened my issues and helped me fully recovering my plantar fasciitis which I couldn't fix it anywhere.

I have known Sun Mei for more than a decade, and she is undoubtedly an acupuncture expert. I had been dealing with a foot and ankle injury for over a year. Upon undergoing an MRI, it revealed the presence of some fluid in my ankle. After receiving ten acupuncture sessions from Sun Mei, I experienced significant improvement and ultimately recovered well.

Do not let her put electrodes in you without your consent. I went to her for dry eye. I am an anxious person and she knew that. She put electro acupuncture in me without me consenting and left the room for 20 minutes. The electrodes were too much for my body to handle. I ended up with neuropathy and an emergency room visit. I also have spent thousands of dollars going to different neurologists to correct these problems of pins and needles and neuralgia and neuropathy. I should have yelled for her to come back in the room. This happened 9 weeks ago and I’m stillHaving problems. At one point she took them out and stuck a needle back in and I screamed bloody you know what. The damage must have happened then too’ she damaged the left leg peroneal nerve . Perhaps had she asked me id have had her do non electro acupuncture. I except for the non electrical acupuncture .. when she put the needle in my calf.. is now where I have the deep ache pain! Near the gallbladder meridian 26 weeks of dr visits and pain! I’m only posting this to tell others to think twice about electro acupuncture especially if you are an anxious person! I have pain, pins and needle feeling and daily headaches due toHer one treatment. Did she put the needles in too far? Did she hit a nerve? Obviously she did as I screamed!!! Obviously as I screamed to pull it out? She must have gone too deep and had the electrodes at a high speed! Something happened to cause all of these neurological issues I never had before. She put electrodes in my legs at obviously a high speed and it’s been disastrous. Another acupuncturist said you don’t even do electro acupuncture for dry eye!! I should have pulled the needles out. She should not have left these in and when she finally came back in she reinserted the needle and I screamed! That’s probably when the nerve damage occurred. This has been a disastrous mistake to ever do this. I pray daily to heal. The headaches are awful due to an overwired nervous system caused by these electrodes!!! She should have gotten my consent and notLeft the room! Update and it’s been 12 weeks and I’m still dealing with this! New update. Have leg pain still and axonal peoneal nerve damage in my left leg. This has not resolved and I’m having to go to physical therapy 4 times a week. I’ve spent thousands of dollars to try to fix the damage the electro acupuncture at meis location! Edit review. ! 18 weeks of leg pain due to what happened at her clinic. Drs say it’s nerve damage. 2 Emgs confirm this. Not sure what she hit when I screamed but this is awful! Still headaches. No health problems before her treatment except for dry eyes! Never had nerve pain before! Did she hit a vein? Did she hit a nerve? She was rushed and now I’m freaking with months of therapy and expenses! She hit something…By the way, she’s not even in the acupuncture database so I’m not sure if she’s even licensed! I looked up her name in multiple areas of Texas and she does not come up!!!6 months now and still have leg pain where she put the needle in. I’ve been to more than ten drs now and they don’t know how to fix this. It’s been terrible. She did not tell me what she was doing!!!

I’ve been doing acupuncture with Doctor Mei since early 2022. I used to have sleep disorder every now and then, and after doing acupuncture for about few sessions it would always get better. Doctor Mei has also done acupuncture that helped improve my period disorder, neck and head pain. She is very kind and nice, and she always does customization on each session based on my symptoms. Acupuncture is a Chinese traditional medical practice, and believe it or not, it could be very powerful and do magical healings. I’m really glad I can find a good clinic and doctor here in Dallas.
