Incredible customer service. Had what I thought was a power charging issue but it turned out to be a shorted motherboard. The gentleman called me letting me know and it was fixed in under 24 hours. 100% recommend this business to anyone!

Brought my laptop in for a thermal repaste and they were super honest with me the whole way through. They kept me updated, sent me pictures of the internals, and when they realized it needed a machine to properly fix it, they didn’t charge me a dime. Really appreciated the transparency and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

If you have any laptop or pc issues, GO TO LAPTOP CARE! I went in around 5pm yesterday to get my laptop checked for an inflated battery and Moody handled the efficiently. Within a day, I got a call back about my inspection. While there were no major issues with my laptop, I’m still very happy with my experience here and I’ll definitely be returning in the future if I run into any more issues with my electronics. Moody even cleaned my laptop fan free of extra charges. Very reliable store!
